All orders must be confirmed in writing or via email/WhatsApp. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations. Final prices, delivery charges, and taxes will be confirmed during order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
New buyers are required to make 100% advance payment. For regular or bulk clients, partial payment and credit terms may be provided upon mutual agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, and select digital wallets.
4. Packaging & Dispatch
We offer standard and customized packaging in mesh bags, crates, or cartons. Orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation, depending on availability. Photos or videos of packaging and loading will be provided for verification.
5. Delivery & Logistics
We use third-party logistics providers for local and national deliveries. Delivery timelines may vary based on distance, weather, and transportation availability. We are not liable for delays caused by transport agencies or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Claims & Complaints
All complaints regarding quality or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos/videos. After this window, no claims will be entertained. Any accepted claims will be resolved through replacement or partial credit.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Products delivered are significantly damaged or spoiled upon arrival
- Incorrect items were delivered (wrong quantity or product)
- Order canceled before dispatch
2. Timeframe for Claims
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or incorrect delivery. Claims made beyond this window will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
